down a half

243.5 yesterday morning. I only went to Curves twice last week. I didn't make it last night, traffic was horrible and I was late getting home (oversleeping by an hour and getting in late didn't help either). I'll go tonight and Thursday. I'm going to get a travel pass so I can go while in VT on Friday (don't think we'll have time Saturday morning before the parade).
