I have found a new weightloss technique. It's called the migraine plan. On it, I am down to 236.5. Of course, I vomited a bit, couldn't get out of bed or think straight, but I haven't been this side of 238 in a long time.
I'm definitely off the sauce for a while. My doctor thinks it might be caused by my sinuses. Allergies and all that. Hopefully, I'll be in the office a bit today.
