down 2.5, up 5

Yeah, yeah. It's a little progress.

I gorged this weekend since it was my birthday, McDonald's, cake, ice cream....

Back on track today.

I got new sneakers for my birthday from Dave (plus 2 DVDs and a CD). His mom's offered to pay for our memberships to gyms (Curves for me, Cuts for him). I really should take her up on it.

Reason #2 to lose weight: it will take less yarn to make myself a sweater.

Nearly heaviest, non-pregnancy, weight

Egads! I'm up to 228.5. Couldn't have anything to do with Taco Bell, cheeseburgers (another one late Saturday night), ice cream, Philly Cheese steaks, bacon and cheese omelette, melted butter, white chocolate with almonds, third helpings of mac and cheese, brownies, or any of the other crap I've been eating lately, could it?

I'm doing a little better today (of course it's only 9:30). I've had cereal, oj, skim milk, and a bagel. I didn't have time to make toast this morning so I grabbed a bagel on the way in.

I WILL have a salad for lunch today. And tomorrow, I'll be bringing in something from home. Fiscally and physically sound.

I've got lots of reasons to lose weight and I'll start listing them right now: Billy's going to be moving on his own soon and I have to keep up. You just know the kid's going to run more than he walks!

Last night, she said

Taco Bell sounds great. I had 5 tacos. Yummy. I also had a few Pringles after Billy finally went to sleep.

It was an interesting night with him last night. He missed his dinner at school (they ran out of mommy milk and I never told them they could use formula in his cereal) and only had 4 ozs of formula. He also hadn't slept since 1:30, so he was cranky. Which isn't too bad as long as someone can hold him and rock or move around. Something that's not too easy when Mommy's trying to eat supreme tacos. Anyway. He fell asleep on the way home and cried when we brought him in the house. Bath time was fun and he didn't cry at all. However, 5 minutes into bedtime nursing and he starts screaming! I tried switching breasts. Screams more. I try a bottle. No go. Finally, I gave him some cereal and I had my happy little boy back. Seems he knew he was owed a real meal!

no salad

I did not have a salad for lunch yesterday. I had a bacon cheeseburger with fries. And it was GOOD.

I had broiled salmon for dinner at the Cranford Family Restaurant. I had a salad and baked potato with it. I did not eat the dessert that came was included in the price. I didn't even grab a mint by the register. Go me.

Today, I brought a ham and cheese sandwich, apple, diet pepsi, and low fat pringles for lunch. I may get more chips out of the vending machine. Depends on how hungry I am. I will not get a candy bar or cupcakes. I'm sticking to it. Dinner will probably be rotisserie chicken and potato salad. Or whatever Dave picks up.

I admit it. I rigged the results. I'm really (see my other blog).

So far, I'm the mastermind and the gainer

Okay, this was my big idea and you all are ahead of me. The grand totals with just under 4 weeks to go:

Nattie = +1
Steph = +1
Netter = +4.5!

I stepped on the scales this morning and got a huge wake-up call. Monday's weight looks light! Salad for lunch!

This week's goal

I'm up to 226, that's a pre-nursing weight, but still!

I've set a goal for this week: no sweets. That means no brownies, cupcakes, candy, ice cream, cookies, chocolate, etc.

Next week, I work on fried stuff (potato chips, french fries, etc.).

Maybe I'll get back on track. Wait, I haven't been on track all summer.

I just feel so gross all the time. I worry that when Billy starts walking, I won't be able to catch up with him!

Cake, Pringles and Ice Cream

Note to self, you should not live on cake, Pringles and Ice cream. It causes weight gain.

I'm up to 225, again.

I imagine after her tummy flu, Nattie will be down a few pounds tomorrow. I'm hoping the DQ fairy keeps Stephie up!

Thanks for coming down guys; I love being able to spend time with you.

Think about moving to Jersey, then we could go to the beach every weekend! (Not to mention the malls are better here....)
