good or bad?

My weight is the same as last week, 243. I was going to sit here and list what I did wrong, but I want to focus on the positive:

I went to Curves three days
I brought my lunch all four days
I didn't buy any unhealthy snacks

Things to work on this week:

More dinners at home (easy tonight with 6-10 inches of snow on the way!)
Fewer beers

a little off the floor

I'm down 2 pounds from last week. I no longer weigh 4 pounds less than the guy on that commercial. I weigh 6 pounds less. Back down to 243. *sigh*

I told Dave about the commercial thing and it got him thinking, too. He bought us a ton of healthy choice dinners to bring in for lunch and we've got home-made meals planned all week. (Today, I'm having roasted chicken in chardonnay sauce over pasta. Sure beats trying to live on yogurt!) He also bought me raising and peanuts to have for snacks. Got them in my desk drawer.

I went to Curves Saturday and Monday (Dave basically shoved me out the door).

I don't know about planning menus together, but we can give it a try.

rock bottom?

I think I may have hit rock bottom weight-wise. You know that citibank credit card promotion about instant rewards? The one where the guy's at the gym and weighs himself and then runs around the weight room, weighs himself again and is bummed that one circuit of the room didn't budge his weight? I weigh 4 pounds less than that guy.

4 pounds.

I'm really fat.

So far today, I've eaten: low-carb toast with peanut butter; bowl of raisin bran with skim milk; 10 ozs oj; bag of raisins*; diet coke with lime; diet pepsi.

Not sure what I'm going to do for lunch. I think I'll have some soup (not-cream based). Dinner is up in the air. I know I won't be having anything fried and I will not have dessert!

*Go me for getting raisins, RAISINS I SAY, out of the vending machine.

fatter and fatter and fatter, ad nauseum

Not going to tell you how much, but I'm just fatter and fatter. I've got like 3 pairs of pants that fit. And nothing looks or feels good. Does that stop me from making a pig of myself? Nope. Has it driven me to workout? Nope.

not going to bother

Since I'm up for the week, I'm not going to bother posting either. I am going to have yogurt for lunch and try to get to Curves this week. (We'll just forget about what got me to this point, 'kay? And we'll forget the chocolate chip cookies Kristen brought me that I scarfed this morning.)
