So over three weeks I've lost a half pound. Well, I've probably gained and lost more than that, but for the record it's a half pound. I'm okay with that. We're slowly improving the eating thing and I went to Curves three times last week. I've got a plan. My goal is to get below 250 before we got to SC in 2 weeks and then to maintain my weight through the holidays. I know, not terribly ambitious. But, I know myself and I can't resist all those yummy holiday goodies (not to mention wine with all those holiday dinners). After Jan 1, though, I'm whipping myself into shape for October 7, 2006. Especially if Steph thinks she's making us wear sleeveless dresses! Have you seen my arms lately?
253 this morning. I started out to plan last week and then fell off the plan. But, back on plan today, with lots of support from a husband who's feeling it, too.
So, in the interest of looking good in the pictures from Stephie's wedding next year, I'm starting up again. I weighed in at a huge 252.5 this morning. Yep. You read that right.
Yeah, yeah, down to 246. Yippee. Fortunately, I can blame ole Aunt Flo. She'll be visiting starting tomorrow or Weds. A little bloat always affects the scale, non? I did work out 3Xs last week but the eating was BAD from Friday on. Back on the Weight Watchers meal train today.
